Location
Montenegro is a dramatically beautiful coastal country bordering the Adriatic Sea just south of Croatia. It is a little smaller than Wales with a population of 620,000 and has large tracts of wonderful, unspoiled countryside. The 293 kilometers of coastline include 117 sand, shingle or pebble strewn beaches lapped by crystal clear, turquoise seas.
Mimosa Park is situated on an elevated south facing position on the gentle hillside in the village of Kumbor and has been designed so that the apartments have stunning views of the Kotor Fjord, and the peninsula of Lustica
The resort is a short walk from the sea, where you can meander along the coastal road past many small marinas, cafés, restaurants and small beaches. Alternatively you could catch a water taxi to the main towns or one of the many secluded bays or beaches around the bay or on the Adriatic coast.
The Developers
The Developers have extensive experience in overseas developments, as well as in the United Kingdom. Their wide and extensive knowledge of the construction Industry will ensure that they achieve the high standard of quality and finish in all their developments. There will be an office and a manager in Kotor, the nearest town, and the principles will have a constant presence on site.
The architects are Studio K based in Podgorica and the chief architect is Dragon Komatina, who lectures at the University and they have an excellent track record. The buildings will be constructed using best-practice construction methods and quality materials and carry a detailed 10 year warranty from the builders. There will also be a 2 month snagging and settling guarantee, a 1 year decorative guarantee and equipment will come with standard manufacturers guarantees.
