Lustica is a small and beautiful town that is fairly unknown to tourists. It is known as the Hidden Pearl of the Mediterranean as the landscape is varied and dotted with mountains, river valleys, crystal clear lakes, rugged canyons and charming beaches. It is a famous peninsula situated opposite Herceg Novi and was once home to legendary pirates. Lustica is famous for miles and miles of olive groves, prosciutto, mongoose, churches and dried fish. There are more than a dozen peaceful bays situated in the small town of Lustica and the highest point in the peninsula is at Zabrdje.
